About Our restaurant

Aixois is a classic French bistro located in Kansas City’s Brookside neighborhood, just south of the Country Club Plaza. Join us for coffee and breakfast, a relaxed lunch on the city’s best patio, or an intimate dinner in our cozy dining room.

The front room at Aixois Bistro is perfect for any private event — from birthday parties to business meetings to bridal and baby showers. The space can accommodate up to 38 for a sit down meal and up to 45-50 for an appetizer event. We will work with you to tailor a menu for your event.

About THE OWNER

Emmanuel Langalde, a native of Aix-en-Provence, opened Aixois with his wife Megan in 2001. Chef Emmanuel, inspired by the techniques and recipes of his native France, offers a distinct menu focused on fresh, organic, seasonal ingredients. He also works with area farmers, butchers, and bakers to bring local flavor to his classic French cuisine.
